I have built 6 homes of my own, doing the work and being the general on work that I have subcontracted out. This is the first house that I have had built. I was very impressed with Cole West as the builder. Deadlines were met and I feel like the quality is above average. The sales staff for Brio was great to work with, John was our salesman but everyone in that office was pleasant.

Friendly and professional. No pressure. Quality workmanship throughout the home. Friendly community. Lots of protected walkways. The views of nature here are spectacular! The recreational center is marvelous. I am very pleased and very lucky to be living here. Extremely pleased with our experience! The Design Center was a huge plus! They literally helped us with our selections every step of the way.

Dan Mooy was FANTASTIC, and our new super John who came in toward the end has been SUPER responsive and is skilled and knowledgable. Tammy at Bliss Design has been a delight to work with too. THANK YOU Cole West for our beautiful new home!!
