Step One
- They should get an email response from the Cole West Warranty team sometimes within two business days, or the following Monday for items received on the weekend.

Step Two
- The email response will ask them to select from possible dates and times for a Cole West representative to come to their home and evaluate the item.

Step Three
- If they have not received a response, they should check their spam and/or junk folders.
