They were delightful to work with. Very concerned about our questions and answered them in a swift manner. All the homey touches that made it homey but elegant as well.The materials that we were able to choose from were top quality. The management as well as those working with us in other areas such as, decorators, landscaping, water heater, were all very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our experience with Cole West Homes was easy and seamless. Once we picked out our interior items it was a simple steady progression to the home being finished. They finished before we expected them to and made the whole finishing process easy. As a remote owner, they took the time to give us bi-weekly updates with real time video and info about what was going to happen next. We are pleased with our purchase to say the least.

Our home with Cole West is spacious and beautiful. We love the calm warm feel each time we walk in the door. The rooms are good sized. The master bedroom is wonderful. We love the great room with the fireplace and the shelving. The flow is all so nice with the open concept between the kitchen, dining area and family room. The patio is large. We love the big sliding glass patio doors and anticipate many lovely hours spent in the backyard/patio area. We were looking for a good integration of the indoors with the outdoors and Cole West designed a great floor plan for that. We love the walking paths and close access to the scenic outdoors that this area is known for. Cole West built a beautiful home in a beautiful community, and we are sure we will enjoy it for many years to come.

Love the home, the location to stores and love the community center. We feel we picked the perfect spot and location to retire in.

Overall experience was 11 out of 10, that's how well this process went. Through every step from pre-construction/lot evaluation to design center to walking the home was executed perfectly by Cole West. You hear about horror stories of buying building homes, that was opposite of our experience with Cole West. They have the procedures/steps in place to make the process positive and exciting, not stressful. I would highly recommend Cole West; they care about the experience and their product.

I LOVE my Brio home. Huge fan. I love the location and the home itself is beautiful and really comfortable to be in. I love that they did the front and side yard landscaping so I didn't have to worry about that.
